Always in the build
- The website itself. Semantic HTML, modest CSS, vanilla JavaScript. Hosted on Cloudflare. Fast by construction, not by optimization after the fact.
- Your claims, verified with you. Hours, services, prices, policies, specialties. Every claim on the page passed your review before it shipped.
- Google Business Profile tuned. Claimed, categorized, hours synced, photos uploaded, posts scheduled for the first month.
- Structured data. JSON-LD for Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQ when applicable. So AI answer engines cite you accurately, not a competitor.
- Small product or service inventory (SPIM). If you sell a small catalog, you have a simple way to update it without a developer. Omit on request.
- Maintenance. Infrastructure kept current, uptime monitored, light content updates included. Scope confirmed during the intake conversation.
Why this is the "Speedy" pillar page
Speedy is not about how fast Mark builds. It is about how the rendered site behaves. Speedy means a customer finds you, the page loads before they change their mind, the information is structured so AI tools can repeat it correctly, and the path to the next step (a call, a booking, a visit) is immediate. Slow sites lose customers before they read a word.
